Spirit Doll Medicine - a Sacred Crafting workshop
As the daylight fades, we are invited to turn inwards and connect with our inner guidance. Earth calls us to her - to slow down, to yield like fallen leaves transforming into rich soil, and to move towards the resources and gifts which hide within the fertile darkness.
During this Sacred Crafting workshop, there will be gentle invitations to attune to Earth's seasonal rhythm and reconnect to your inner resource, followed by time to create your very own Spirit Doll, imbued with support to guide you through the soon-to-arrive portal of winter.
Sunday 16th November 2025, 10am – 2pm
Cost: Sliding scale £30–£40
Location: Highweek Village Hall, Newton Abbot
No previous craft experience needed! All materials included.
The workshop will include:

🌒Teas and light snacks
We will be cozy-indoors at Highweek Village Hall for this restorative session.
To ensure that this is a supportive space, the group size is limited to 8 participants. Please bring a journal, pen, mat to lay on, a cushion and blanket. Teas and light snacks included but if you want to bring your own food/lunch please do.
Due to sessions being low cost, limited spaces, and hall hire costs, I’m afraid I’m not able to offer refunds if you need to cancel.

Love Letters To The Earth

As we move towards the Autumn Equinox join me at the beautiful Dawlish Warren National Nature Reserve SSSI.
Sunday 21st September 2025, 5pm-7pm

This group will offer time to gently connect with nature through your senses, and provide a supportive space to express your care for Earth community through intuitive writing prompts.
For those of us who have a voice that says “I can’t write” I encourage you to come! This group is not about writing technique, or performance. It is about deepening our relationship with nature - and expressing the complexities of our love, grief, and care for the Earth through both written word and being in community.
Everything is an invitation; you can choose to share as much or as a little as you want with the group. All of you is welcome.

Nature & Wellbeing
I am so looking forward to offering this deliciously nourishing Nature & Wellbeing session at Ash Rescue Centre (ARC) August 21st 2025, 1pm-4pm.
This is fully funded by social prescribing.
The land at ARC is so supportive and restorative. As a group we will gently connect through our senses with nature, connect with each other, and explore some nature-based creative invitations. The session will end with some tea and the most scrumptious cake!
